Project overview

The ‘Train the Take Part Trainers’ project is funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government and managed by the Community Development Foundation (CDF). It forms one strand of a national support programme managed by CDF and aims to ensure that best practice and resources are shared across and beyond the pathfinder programmes. The Take Part Pathfinder Project was launched during 2008. There are 18 Pathfinders across the country that are encouraging groups and individuals to work together in communities to become involved in civil, civic and democratic activity.
